rich stock and preserved in the natural jelly.
Ingredient Chicken Galantine

Chicken – half of whole chicken
Making Galantine
1.
Careful remove the skin and bone for galantine

Fill and roll galantine
3.
Prepare the galantine by poaching or roasting
