WEEK 12 - FINAL PROJECT FOR GARDE MANGER


 In week 12, our chef does the competition for our class for the final project for class Garde Manger in the Culinary Week. The competition is the Carving Fruit, before the competition begin we have the workshop for the Carving Fruit demonstration by Chef Ten Mei Lee.

As I know about the basic pastry and bakery is we learn about the main ingredient to use in pastry and bakery. THE MEANING OF PASTRY   - Dough or paste consisting primarily if shortening or another fatty substance mixed with flour and water, often baked or us as a crust for sweet foods such as pies and tart.
